He leads Operation Hope USA, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on feeding underserved communities, providing affordable housing solutions, and supporting initiatives such as senior care and assistance for aged-out foster children. Derrick also serves as Minister and Director of Community Engagement at The River of Life Ministries, where he works closely with Bishop Tony L.
